Minecraft EULA?

Ive been worrying about cubecraft being non-eula. Now that it is a 1.9/1.10 server, im worrying that it will get blacklisted. Is cubecraft working on eula or no?

CubeCraft is EULA compliant, so there's no need to worry about CubeCraft getting blacklisted as CubeCraft follows all the rules of the EULA.

Cubecraft is following the Minecraft EULA. I do believe though, at one point, Cubecraft broke the EULA, but quickly followed it, correct me if I'm wrong.

This is an easier version of the EULA.

Don't worry, cubecraft won't get blacklisted. There are no pay2win features, so it should be ok.

The EULA is referring to donor ranks having perks that give them winning advantages over non-paying players. So long as cubecraft only gives donors vanity items, no rules are being broken.

It changes the game for every player in that game, it doesn't give the donators an advantages above the non-donators.
