They have, since the addition, never been

Punch bows are op,for this reason they have like 10 durability

I just realized that anvils can be used to kill enemies by squshing them

except on a sw mega map where animals spawn...

There is. You can mine stone so you get cobblestone, said cobbelstone can be smolten back into stone, which gives a very tine bit of exp (0,10 or something like that)

exactly, so almost nobody will upgrade the punch bow

Just make it so you can't repair punch bows, it's pretty easy to do.

If they make anvils work, it'll probably be the same as how they function on Java:
- You cannot repair punch bows
- Experience bottles spawn in chests
- Enchanting tables work as intended (with 1.9 enchantments)

I dont like this idea, because it will be too OP if you can combine weapons.
With enough XP you can make a punch 2, power 5 bow.

An other reason is repairing golden kb swords in overpowered, this would be too OP.

I would like to see another poll choice: let it stay like this.
They dont need to remove all anvils ;)

The only way you're able to get punch bows is by getting them from chests or by fishing. The ones you can get from chests aren't repairable and fishing for a punch bow takes ages

The golden KB sword is repairable but in general, not a lot of people use it on the Java edition

For the record, I'm basing myself off of Java mechanics. For if or when it gets changed on Bedrock, I have no clue
