It would be nice to have an option to enable who you get mails from. [All/Friends/None]

Perhaps limit it to 3 messages per person? After sending one mail, it will notify you that you able to send 2 more messages to the recipient.

It's a good idea, but I think you can only send someone mail if he/she is on your friend list (or you can enable all/friends/none). But you can also use discord/skype/other social media to contact someone who is offline.

/mail is to send a mail to someone who is Offline
I'm pretty sure /tell /msg is just to people who are online in the lobby you are in

Having a /mail clear function would be good, but if someone doesn't want to clear all of it, maybe something similar to that so you can choose which mail to clear.
