Skins Looking for a npc's skin

I am looking for skin that there is in the cubecraft lobby. I really like the blue parrot skin. What is that skin? How to take it?

I think a designer of Cube made it so you most likely can't get it as I think it's for Cube private use only unless they have posted it on public for use!
I might be wrong but I don't think this is the right place to ask for that skin, this page is meant for player made minecraft skins. :)
