    Hi there,

A while back I posted a thread about giving ranks more thing then it got locked (wont that suprised if this one does). But you guys are saying that EULA is something that is not on the server when it is... You guys give daily rewards to ranks and abilities. What I am saying is the fact that the more you pay the more you get example: Emerald and higher have /fly gold rank and righer can do OP. So really EULA?

As far as I understand the EULA, it prohibits the server form giving rank exclusive features that can give them a gameplay advantage.
Vanity and such is allowed, and voting for OP/basic/hardcore isn't something only for ranks as it affects gameplay for non-ranks too.

The voting system is pretty much a Eula loop hole so yes it is compliant. /Fly in lobbies is specifically approved by mojang

Ehhh not really until the anticheat is brought in
AND MOJANG ACTUALLY DOES CRAPthis server is actually not compliant we dont even know what is and what isnt compliant some servers do whatever they want and mojang dosent care while mojang bullies smaller servers to death so until ALL servers are treated equally, which they aren't, you cant make me think otherwise

Also if the eula really was enforced factions would not even exist as having advantages over others is its lifeblood

I completly agree with you. Big Servers have enough developers to comply within a Time Limit. small Servers so Not.

The server is completely EULA compliant. Voting for chests is EULA compliant as it does not give the voter a personal advantage against anyone else. The vanity points are used just for vanity, and does not affect in game gameplay. /fly is in lobby only, and does not affect in game gameplay. Everybody gets a daily reward, unless I stand corrected, and they all get 250 XP.

Lets say we change the voting system to where every game a donator enters everyone gets double points. This is pretty much the same concept as the voting system except with something that seems less EULA compliant. I call this a loophole as it effects gameplay rather than being purely cosmetic

Tbh I wish EULA didn't exist, some great ideas can't come because of EULA

it doesnt affect big servers a lot. But liads of small server are very much non-existing because of the eula.

Hypickle got affected a lot.. It's not EULA that kills small servers, its the people that can't think of EULA complient donator perks that kill them. I'd rather have less servers than 99% pay-to-win servers

No... Servers with big playerbases get enough donators to sustain themselves. Small servers can easily think of eula compliant ranks but they don't have the playerbase reauired to sustain themselves without p2w.

While that is true, I believe that the EULA helped CubeCraft a lot. Ideas such as voting wouldn't have been come across as soon as they did.
