While that is true, I believe that the EULA helped CubeCraft a lot. Ideas such as voting wouldn't have been come across as soon as they did.
voting on forum = people voting no for no reason by everyone if you tell them to explain themselves
voting for server = people voting for ya guys so they get free rewards
voting in gamemode by ranked people = everyone who wants op searches for a game too long - if you want normal than you are the luckiest one and if someone votes hardcore 99% start killing him for revenge

_ yea good idea m8

The EULA policy is meant so that the game is not Pay to win. Pay to win is when you buy a rank and it gives you privileges that make you so OP, nobody can defeat you. Giving extra daily rewards does not have an effect on game play as to allow you to win every game with ease. The server's ranks does not give you such abilities and I doubt that they will as they follow the strict EULA guidelines. We don't want out beautiful CubeCraft taken away from us do we?

The server is completely EULA compliant. :D
The server is completely EULA compliant. Voting for chests is EULA compliant as it does not give the voter a personal advantage against anyone else. The vanity points are used just for vanity, and does not affect in game gameplay. /fly is in lobby only, and does not affect in game gameplay. Everybody gets a daily reward, unless I stand corrected, and they all get 250 XP.

No... Servers with big playerbases get enough donators to sustain themselves. Small servers can easily think of eula compliant ranks but they don't have the playerbase reauired to sustain themselves without p2w.
You shouldn't set up a server if all you want is profit..

While EULA in general makes sure Mojang's products cant be sold, EULA ensures in our case that any player, regardless of what they gave, all deserve the same treatment.
If EULA wasn't there Mojang wouldn't have any protection about their game and it would die, and servers would become pay to win 500$ for a sharpness 1 sword and if you don't pay a monthly fee you're perma banned.

Some small servers only want to give fun gamemodes. But without giving donators some advantages the server can't pay the host because not many people buy a rank

I have a question:
EULA is there so all players have the same treatment. So "someone with a rank clicks on a button and gets 2 points but someone without a rank clicks on a buttion and gets 1 point" that's what EULA is for. But how about the Monthly Vanity Points ain't that unfair?

I think EULA has made it so if you want to help the server you can, before EULA was enforced it was if you donated you can over kill everyone and when that happens players get mad and leave. So I think it has helped some servers from losing players.

A gamemode that includes p2w isn't a fun gamemode, it might be enjoyable for some, but it's not a fun gamemode.

If you really want to make a p2w server, go ahead, Mojang doesn't care enough about small servers to check if they're violating the EULA anyway.

a full p2w gamemode where non-donors have 0 chances isnt fun yes. I am more talking about making not too powrful p2w rights so its enjoyable for everyone.

The voting system is pretty much a Eula loop hole so yes it is compliant. /Fly in lobbies is specifically approved by mojang
It's not a loop hole. Every player has the same chance and the weapon prices ect. of everyone else regardless of rank. As long as what the ranked player does effects everyone it's ok with EULA.

Not one to normally complain about this type of stuff here but the amount of people using auto-clickers on the new bedwars game is vile. Even a few on the leaderboards which is just something else.
