Are you sure they are aware? https://status.cubecraft.net/ says "No incidents reported today". Do you have any source for that information?

Hey, everyone is currently having lag, so it should not just be your problem. I have seen a lot of complaints on discords, staff are currently trying their best to fix it!
Meanwhile, you could either play on another server or wait patiently. Thanks!
