Okay so the only reason why this should be added is to respawn when stuck in the map.
How I think it will work best will be written below (by me).

I do /kill
I have to stand still for 1 minute. If I move, the command will be canceled.
(This is to prevent people from using it in the middle of a battle or game)
I waited a whole minute without moving so it kills me and I spawn at my spawnpoint.
I can use it again after 5 minutes.
Definitely
smart idea about staying still to do /kill

Like it, but if command would be "/unstuck" to prevent issues that are stated above this line, would be cool. +1 if "unstuck", +0 if "kill" :)

1 min is too long... Maybe 30sec, because you maybe jump next to the bridge, and accidently jump in a cobweb (teaparty)? Maybe you're getting attacked and u try to help but you're stuck in a cobweb, then you first have to go down and do /unstuck or /kill. I prefer this xd

I think it's a bad idea, the players would use /kill for any reason whatsoever.
