If texture packs can implement hotkeys, they can just add this with the pack you down upon first entering the game to replace the MC screen with cubecraft one...

for CMD commands like /hub , /lobby
you can do it with dll_inject(PC ONLY).
if exist a CMD command for your hotkeys request, then, is possible with this method.
