Issues when trying to join the server

I have some issues when I try to join CubeCraft network. With my old internet connection, there was no problem, but the connection died and when I try to join cubecraft with an other connection, it tells me this (it's in french, and I don't know how to translate it in english, so sorry...) : Une connexion existante a dû être fermée par l'hôte distant. But I join the server and get kicked instantly, and sometimes I see in the minecraft chat "Proxy : Lost connection to server"... is it because I changed my connection ?

If someone can help me with my issue... Any help is welcome (by the way, sorry if I make mistakes, I'm french and it's not easy to speak english...) :)

I don't really think this is a bug.. Which MineCraft version do you use? And did you switch from ISP (Internet Service Provider)?
