I and many people I know played in cubecraft 1.8 and well due to its closure there is some way or something to reopen cubecraft 1.8 and its pvp.

and they could make 1 lobby for 1.8 with their skywars and pvp and the rest 1.12 +, because 1.8 is not just a version, it is a whole community, and possibly the largest minecraft pvp,

I agree iTBD. There is a 1.8 server that would be pretty hard to compete with (cough cough Hy cough Pixel). And reverting part of the server to 1.8 would mean that they would have to redesign some of the maps, because they use some blocks from 1.12.2.

Currently, we have no plans on reverting back to supporting 1.8 at this time. 1.8 was holding us back. Games like Among Slimes and Magic & Mayhem would not have been possible if we continued support for our 1.8 network. We have a lot of ideas for the future of CubeCraft, including new features that require more modern versions of the Minecraft client to support new blocks, items and behind the scenes additions to improve the player experience.

I don't think they will, they did it with a reason, I think you have to accept their decesion :D

adding onto that, Cubecraft is probably the best server for pvp, 90% copy FPS-drop-lagpixel and do 1.8, Cubecraft being 1.12.2 style pvp gives it that uniqueness that makes it the best server ever created (change my mind)
