is there a enchanting table on pirates or castles

my friend and i have searched far and wide on both maps and to no prevail can any one help us it would be much appreciated thx :):D

There is no enchanting table in the maps Pirates or Castles and it is sad. :(
But maybe they will add them in the new update?
