Im really upset...

So today i had just gotten un banned and i was on the server for about 4 hours and just about 5 minutes ago i was fighting someone and it said i was banned by staff for witnessing use of illegal modifications. But how? i didnt have any hack clients on i was on 1.12.2 and i put in an appeal and i said this was a false ban and they denied it in 5 seconds! The persons name who banned me was SummerWarz. So i cant appeal because they denied it straight away and i am perm banned.. So some mod or admin please help me!
