I'm disappointed with Cubecraft.

Cubacraft is defending the player tricks.
I'm ashamed to be a shame

The reports are organized by oldest to newest. They won't be viewed ahead of any others.

it can take up to 2 to 5 days before your report has been seen and handled or closed

staff get a heck ton of reports coming in everyday they cant get them all in 1 day it takes time

just wait and you will have it dealt with soon ^^

Be grateful that reports get handled at all, they arent going to look at your report simply because your impatient, in fact getting reports handled is alot better now than the old system! In the old system sometimes we had to wait nearly a month before reports were dealt with now its 3-4 days, the new system also displays oldest first, so by technicality mohmmed8 would be dealt with before the other two, the handling of reports isnt a now or never thing, meaning just because its not dealt with instantly dosent mean it never wont be dealt with, and as @Orangeric88 has said before they cant be on 24/7 they arent robots they are human beings

Like many people have said the anti-cheat is on its way. They have been working on it for quite some time to ensure it is worth the wait and it will work efficiently.

Just remember staff have other jobs, i've heard they handle reports in their free time when they don't have another task to complete, so it may take awhile. Patience would be good thing to have when it comes to this.

You also probably don't realize but there are most likely close to atleast 2000 reports a day, and they need proof for each and everyone to be allowed to take action. It does take awhile and that won't change.

The only thing that will improve Cubcraft is if you be patient and keep reporting them. It helps tremendously.

We are trying our best to try and keep up with the player reports. Not all staff members could be online doing player reports 24/7. On top of that, there are more players than staff members. Each and everyday we are trying our best to make sure we don't fall behind on our reports.

Even though your reports haven't been handed yet, we still recommend you report players. Every player you report will help out the community a lot.
