Looking @eshuren1 's idea, I have decided to come up with more myself.
TNT- yes I know, he suggested it, but a new mechanic for it, basically the explosion will explode but the blocks will regenerate :) (could be a good idea for a rainbow map, and it changes colours :))
Anvils in maps- just imagine this scenario:
Me: OMGF YASS IY GAWT AN ENCHANTER DYMAND SORD! LETZ ZEE IF ITZ BETTA DAN MAI SHARP WON SORD!
*Me looks at sword, it's sharpness 1*
Me: :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
*me poofs*

Bedrock Coins - Worth £50
%1 chance of spawn in with 2 at the start of the game :)
Final one - Different particles when hit a player.
Instead of blood particles when hit, maybe different particles when you hit someone (different colours / patterns) or maybe even no particles at all! (Iron+)
