I was banned permanently a year ago for some thing I didn't do

So i went to appeal for a permanent ban on my account but its saying I've never joined before, either way about a year and a half ago i was banned on on every mine craft servers I was on after getting hacked i know i was hacked because they changed my name which i posted a screen shot of with the date taken, i'm asking to be unbanned, please consider it.
