I lost my rank :(

Hello.
I'm zCradles in the game.
I contact you because I lost my diamond range on the server, I left minecraft for a few months, today I reinstalled it, entered the game, then i got surprised that I took away my rank, unfortunately I have no proof that I had the rank.
The rank is given to me by a friend, who is no longer a friend in a cubecraft.
How can I get it back?
