Resolved I got banned on my main account and my appeal code is not valid if i type it in

Hello i was banned on cubecraft (mcbe) and i was doing a ban appeal and then when i typed my appeal code it was invalid tried lots of times but it was still invalid my main account is Kuba25015yt and i cannot ban appeal it so yeah i really don't know why i got banned and how i got banned

Make sure to only put in the 4 digits on your screen when you try to join. Omit the _mco if you enter it on the appeal site. Example: code: 6520_mco. You just have to fill in the 6520 on the appeal site. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
