I got banned from asking in Staff Help after asking why my question went unanswered.

I asked why /sr wasn't working in an Eggwars game, whilst multiple people were telling people to report. then I agreed with someone that replied to a Staff asking if they could do it. Then they proceeded to warn me to use that for only questions/help. I then replied asking what to do if my question went unanswered thus banning me.
