How to submit video report

I'm trying to report someone via video evidence and I can't put the video in the thread. How do I submit a video without youtube?

You need to upload it to YouTube first xD

You can't. If you don't your viewers to see the video put it on the mode where only people who have the link can see the video.

Upload to YouTube
Then press the icon next to the + sign and image upload and input url
There's a small glitch I think that causes it to jot appear so paste the URL in the report aswell

i don't know any other uploading websitesbut if you search there are some but if you want no-one to see it put it on unlisted if you don't have an account make one and thats all i recommend
