What do you mean by how to download Skywars? To play Skywars, just press your compass, then press the bow. You don't have to download it.

As Malcolm said, just log into the server and click on the compass in your inventory. An interface should open, click on the bow and you will be teleported to the skywars spawn, where you can select a map to play by clicking on the signs. No downloading needed :)
