Coding How do you make a cheap server?

Tough so ... its been since april 15 since he wrote something

I made my own server, first, I simply port-forwarded. People were able to join my server. Then, I realised I wanted to have WE on my server, so I installed Bukket.
Installing Plugins is as easy as it gets, download 'em, drag them into the folder called (surprisingly) 'Plugins'. Done.

I have a server but it's hamachi only i think :(
