Highest rank wins with voting?

I think it would be a neat idea if the highest rank would win with foting
For example: i am playing a match of eggwars (keep in mind that I am a emerald rank) and I am voting for normal items. Later on someone with diamond rank joines and votes for OP items, the game starts and we are playing OP.

Now dont get me wrong its fine to play a match of OP but I think it would make a little more sense and it gives people more reasons to buy a higher rank :p

Why? If two diamond ranks vote for OP items. Last moment an emerald rank joins.

It give people a reason not to buy rank like iron and gold.
These ranks, deserve to be able to choose what it's going to be..

And higher ranks already have more things then lower ranks.

True. But if you think about it if two ranks vote for overpowered and an emerald rank comes in and votes for normal it would still be overpowered since it got more votes. But what I am saying is that if there is one diamond rank that comes in, votes op, and an emerald comes in and then votes normal, then it would be normal
