Hi! If it still hasn't come, contact sales.cubecraft.net with your Transaction ID, though I suggest you to wait a little longer before doing it.
Maybe it's still loading to connect to your account. If you still don't have it, contact Sales.cubecraft.net they can help you out, of course with your transaction ID, which you've got when you bought Minecraft. they'll help you out :)
