Bedrock why people love to ruin the fun just to increase their ego?

I've been playing eggwars for years now, and I have repeatedly encountered toxix people (most of them with rank) calling other players "easy to kill", "dumb and noob" or the worst of all...BLOCKING THE FREAKING SPAWN WITH OBSIDIAN AND SPAWN KILLING UNTIL THE PLAYERS LEAVE. And all of this FOR WHAT? So they can call themselves strong players. Like what the hell is wrong with your sell confidence dude? Why ruin the game?

i mean yea thats just a little trolling like sometimes genuinely the game be giving some ai generated enemies so ppl would just have to entertain the game in some way but yea if your on the recieving end it wont be fun. we are playing a competitive game afterall, if you cant take ppl being better than u then is a shame but yea they might be over doing it if they made ppl leave and such

Yeah we killed a bunch of people, they were already full diamond and bow spammed like hell, they weren't untouchable but we were outgeared. One of them even dropped the diamond armour, even if i took it they killed me due to their Sharp 5. It was more about humiliation than having fun

aw yea thats not nice, but toxicity exist online, you can report them if they say smth out of line but toxicity in gameplay is just smth you would have to deal with, is part of competitive games

Yeah i tolerate toxicity but not if it's a form of "bullying" and reporting them does nothing lol they just get a warning
