It's most likely a custom skin that was made for that specific purpose and can't be found and downloaded. I could be wrong though, you never know. If anything, I can make the skin for you if you want.

There isn't anything stopping it, but not sure where you'd get the skins from, I just one idea, but most people wouldn't think of it.
