I’ve been playing SkyWars on Bedrock for over 5 years. I have 345 wins, 3,900+ kills, and I recently completed the Island Hunt event and reached level 20.
However, I never received any crate key, veteran message, or reward. I also cannot find the Cosmetic Crate chest in the lobby. I tried using the /link command, but it didn’t work either.
Can you please check if there is a problem with my account?
