Head's and Armor Stands In Creative

I think that you should be able to get player/mob heads in creative as well as other types of armor stands (arms, mini)

This would bring more creativity to Creative, and I don't see a reason to not add it, so a +1 from me :)

BTW, there is already a way to get heads. You need to open your creative menu and go to settings. When you've done that, check your online friends and quickly grab a head from one of your offline friends and close the menu. Mac said (on discord) that we are allowed to use this bug.

They might be hesitant to do this as armor stands are laggy but hey allow item frames which are much much worse.
