That's not how that works. If you're banned by Sentinel it's 7 days, 30 days, perm. If it's staff it's 30 days, perm. But they are on separate ban tracks, so if you get banned by staff it's 30 days, then if you're banned by Sentinel it would be 7 days. Hence why that account was allowed online. This is off topic, end of.
