They may sound good, but they sound terrible compared to headphones that are built purely to listen to sound.

I had the same problem and I settled on a pair by Hercules,
£70 to £20!!
Really good dynamics and pitch range and sound quality for producing music :)

No beats. My opinion is just buy Samsung earbuds. They're really good and can't be destroyed.
Also features a lot of bass :D

These are the best headset EVERRRRR :p

Corsair ones are nice, the 2100 is good for gaming (and roaming around the house while waiting to find a dota game...) although this thread is more for finding headphones for mobile.
I don't agree that they're all terrible though, Razer and Sennheiser are both good makes.

Get a pair of audio technica m50x. They are the most bang for the buck headphones out there, and are loved by the audio community.

And promise me one thing... DON'T GET BEATS BY DRE! They are way overpriced and most of their budget is on advertising, not the product itself.
