What of the people on stage 1 can chat once every 20 seconds? That would be fair. Same for everyone except obsidian donors. The people who aren't on stage 1 or 2 can chat once every 3 seconds. Obsidians can only chat once every 1.5 seconds.

I'm guessing the person who came up with this idea is muted, as they're the only ones who would agree with it?

Hit level 91 the other day. My goal is to get level 100 by Christmas, and I needed 4 levels this month, which I achieved, and 3 levels in all the others until Christmas.
