I just bought the Frostspark wand, idk why but it didn't give me the item nor charge me and yet the option to buy it again is now gone

I also had this same bug so if anyone has information about it and how to get the ice wand through another method I’d appreciate it

This is the only method as of now, but they're working or repairing this bug as soon as possible
