I know many people want a banner with their skin on it but they don't know want to/don't know how to. Your problem is solved now. Do the following steps to getting your free minecraft pose.

Nah that would be unnececearry.
If he decides that you need to subscribe before you get something then it's his decision. I doubt he will get any new subscribers.

Staff doesn't have to lock this I think.

This is kinda lame... good YouTubers don't need to ask for subscribers. Making good content is how you earn subscribers honestly.
