Fix the falling TNT in Layer Spleef

It was one of the things they had going o_O
Well forward this to a dev like @CrazymanJR or let @Orangeric88 handel it...

Hmmm i still had the bug in my game so, i think their fix didn't work, i guess?

Indeed if you look at the full changelog from the new arcade update it doesn't say anything about the falling tnt fixed.
