False perma ban

I found out today that I have been permanently banned but I don't recall this ever happening, nor do I recall hacking or even going on the sever as I don't have the server in my ip list. I was apparently banned on March 1st 2017 for 'Hacking' but I don't know how this could have happened since I have never downloaded a hacked client nor do I know how to do this. I'm really disappointed to find out I can't play and wonder if this issue can be resolved. Even if I did hack I have grown a lot as a person and wouldn't want to ruin fun for other people through hacking. I'm not sure if I'm putting this post in the right place but I hope I am. I really hope there is some way to get this issue resolved as I really believe that I was falsely banned :((
