Hello I stole the account for 5 months at least tube to buy another with the nick of xRodrigozT my previous nick was RodrigozT but they stole it as I said now I am iThornPvP and in the account of RodrigozT had emerald rank I bought it on 12/31/15 In the afternoon that day was on offer I have proof that it was emerald range previously

Contact @Joe Henry. Joe needs the Transaction ID of your rank. Without the Transaction ID he can't transfer your emerald rank. You can find the Transaction ID in the e-mail that you have recieved after purchasing your rank. A screenshot of your rank isn't a valid proof.

Don't forget to say him your:

• Old username
• New username
• Date of purchase
• Transaction ID
• E-mail adress that you had used by purshasing your rank.

I'm not sure what you mean however I think that your account was hacked, that's why you bought a new account and now you want the your Emerald rank to be transferred to your new account.

The screenshot you put in your post isn't proof that you bought the rank. Your proof is your Transaction ID which is in your e-mail which you received after you purchased your rank.
Please give this information to Joe Henry:

• Date of purchase.
• E-mail adress used with purchase.
• Minecraft username where the rank is still on, so the hacked Minecraft username.
• Your new Minecraft username.
• Transaction ID.

Edit: I just read in @Joe Henry's status that they will no longer be transferring ranks purchased on the CubeCraft store. I am very sorry :(

I think that we were wrong. Joe Henry has said> As of today, we will no longer be transferring ranks purchased on our store. I don't what you now have to do, but if you account was hacked, is the best for changing your password.
