how do we unlock more vip rewards in cubecraft?

I have only won a few games of eggwars in 4team and double team maybe 4-5 wins total, I have unlocked 15 color names along with 1 win effect.

my friend who plays however has won at least double the amount of games as me and she doesn't have any rewards

I play on WIN10 and she is on Switch
