Eggwars suggestion (Suggested much before)

As i said, its suggested more.

But the idea is to let Emerald And Obsidian ranks do the command /map <map they want> in the eggwars lobby, since there are enough Emerald and Obsidian ranks. Also, if someone with emerald+ types /map <map they want> it only appears in that lobby.
Since there is at least 1 emerald or obsidian in every lobby, this should not be a problem :D
Also, there is a 2 Minutes cooldown.

Well, not gonna lie, Emerald and Obsidian are pretty much the same. Obsidian only has a win effect more.

It's compatible with EULA since the map is for everyone, and it sounds ok, so +1 from me :D

Hm... maybe this is a good thing. It prevents the (long) wait for one folder you'd like to play :)

This should be only for obsidian, and maybe an emerald could start up a vote? I still think obsidian only however.
