I want to play toys and instruments but I never see them like once a week or something.

They’re more focused on the current edition. If you’d like to play those maps more often, 1.9 shows them quite frequently.

How many times a map pops up on the board is randomised. When you're looking for a specific map, you most of the time don't find it that easily. I was looking for Frosty, I had to wait for 30 minutes. If I were looking for Tentacles, it would also take a long time! It's all coincidence.
