I'd suggest switching the positions of the iron generator in the cave thingy and the gold generator in the barn itself, since in my opinion it is better to have quick access to iron at the start of the game and every time you die. Other than that the inside of the barn looks a bit boring currently, so maybe add some random details to that? And I saw a crafting table inside the barn, you should remove that as well...

Nice concept, though the island lacks terraforming.

The barn looks good as it is, I don't feel like it needs much detail. It is a barn after all.
I can also suggest adding a few minor details, such as a pen, windmill, small river. Though I'd focus on the terraforming for now :)

The tree looks very harsh, try making it look a bit more natural it sort of look like you did a sphere and punched some leaves out. My opinion though.
