before anything gets going with this i love eggwars and have done for a long time through its ups and its downs which is why i am so irritated a big server like hypixel has stolen cubecrafts fame with "bedwars" a game modelled very closely on eggwars! this is kind of a pointless thread but i just wondered how everyone felt about this. Hopefully it dies quickly and its original fame will be restored.

We can not do anything... Many servers have copied cubecraft games. The great example is "SkyWars" :(

If the gamemode wasn't copyrighted, everyone can take it.

However, BedWars and EggWars are two very different names leading to no copyright.

No, BedWars has been around longer than EggWars, on different servers. So nobody stole anything. If Hypixel stole CubeCraft's idea, CubeCraft stole another server's idea.
