Easier way of reporting...

If we were to take a video of our screen but not screen record with a mobile device instead of making a whole youtube video, would that suffice?

When reporting a player, all four corners of your screen must be visible. Otherwise, your report would be considered invalid. As far as making it a youtube video, that has always been what has been required when reporting a player, because it makes it easier to view the recording, but mainly since it comes from a safe third-party site.
