So for the last 2-3 years I've been playing Java (not on CubeCraft) and butterfly clicking. But since there's a no-double-click rule, I can't do that anymore (I just can't stop double-clicking with this method). So my question is: am I allowed to intentionally slow down my click, so I don't get more than 14 cps (which is about the same cps I get with jitter clicking, I just don't want to kill my hand)?

Hi!

Butterfly is allowed on our network, though, as you said - we do not allow double-clicking.
Unfortunately, we do not allow any mouse modifications, even if it means lowering your debounce time to avoid double-clicking or having higher cps.
I hope this has answered your question(s).
