Don't get and send any message

When I send any message my friend doesn't get it and when he sends any message I don't get any and I have gone to appeal for my account and it there is nothing to appeal for that account then my friend also did it and his account also got that his account has nothing to appeal please reply me if you can fix it my username in mc is 'Night Hunter164' the problem is in bedrock server
