Hey guys i was asking for this a long long time before and emailed + nobody responded !
I really wanna get a rank but i can't because i don't have an account in Payment Wall and just can't make one because i already have my card registered in PayPal!

PayPal was removed in late 2014 as a recognised method of payment for virtual goods or ranks on the server, due to the increasing issue of payment disputes,in which players would attempt to receive free ranks. An automatic system would ban any accounts associated with a payment dispute, essentially allowing players to ban one another, which is partially why it was removed.
