Diamond Rank Not Working

I bought a diamond rank about 5 hours ago and I still haven't gotten the rank. I am certain I paid, used the right username, etc. I'm very disappointed with what has happened and I am hoping you can fix this error or mistake. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you.

You will get an email with your receipt if the transaction was made if it was not sent it did not process yet or at all

that dosent matter itll auto convert it to the correct currency

I belive ranks will be or have been given out when the sale ends, in this case at about 12am, but it takes more time since they have to go thru a lot of given ranks etc... For example i bought Gold at the 27 and got it at about 28 in the morning.

It seems like it could be a buycraft sided issue (overwhelmed payments from black friday) and it may or may not have been fixed.
If you have the patience, please give it 24 hours before sending an email to sales@cubecraft.net .

Someone recently had the same issue whereby he bought a rank on Black Friday and it took him 1-2 days for the rank to come in and afterwards donated again where it took him only 1 min to get it.
