Dark Oak Leaves Hotbar Bug

Please could someone help. I have a bunch of Dark Oak Leaves stuck in my Hotbar that cannot be move to Inventory, Chests or Dropped. Its driving me insane because I really hate these things and only got them due to hitting the leaves when cutting down trees !!

- Evidence? Video evidence is preferred, but screenshots will suffice where applicable.
- How often does this bug occur? Constant, since yesterday
