All animating takes is a load of "screenshots" all put together, add some text and maybe music. OR get people to do voicing ;D

Another good way of animating is getting a REALLY good camera and some clay.
Make the "characters" out of clay and have shots where you move it the tiniest bit, then play it at 20-30frames per second and VUALA XD

Thats not really how you animate... The thing with clay is called stop-motion. @Drew McNamee might be able to explain it
