First and I have absolutly no idea...
It probably means that Mojang endorses this server. Basically this server is eula compliant and keeps a large part of his european playerbase just like mineplex and hypixel are for their american or international players. As long as Cubecraft runs european players have a reason to play. Its their way of keeping their community together.
