Chat problem on bedrock

I have a problem using chat. My chat dosent work on cubecraft. I also realized that featured servers dosent work too. (I am not sure but I know that my chat dosent work on cubecraft) However, people who are friends on Xbox app are able to see my chat and sent to me.
i found the post that how to unshadow mute. (it was go to xbox.com and turn on chat with people to everyone.) I tried it but I couldnt turn to everyone because I counldnt find it.

reply to me if you have any solution. Because I havent see the chat for about 3 months lol

Yes. Just do exactly what's said in there, and if anything doesn't work just Google it. I had the same problem a few months ago :c
